VALO glue for PVC wall panels

Universal adhesive Valo Glue for PVC panels.

Designed for gluing wall panels PVC, plinth, hangers and moldings to the bases of concrete, brick, plaster, gypsum, wood in domestic and industrial conditions.

The production and production of universal adhesive for PVC panels is due to the increasing popularity of this type of finish and to increase the ease of their installation. It can be used for cladding of industrial and office premises, inside living rooms and premises of household use. Universal adhesive for panels has a chemical composition that does not corrode the material and leaves no traces on it.

Indications for use:

  1. Adhesive to dry and skimmed leveled porous surfaces, previously cleaned of dust and dirt.
  2. The adhesive is applied on one of the glued surfaces either with a solid strip or with a point.
  3. Open positioning time up to 1-2 minutes.
  4. Adhesive surfaces are strongly pressed against each other.
  5. The duration of drying of the binder is 20-30 minutes.
  6. When gluing decorative heavy panels, use fixing devices at the time of setting - up to 4 hours or more.
  7. When gluing ceiling tiles, panels, etc. should follow the instructions of the manufacturers of the above decorative elements.
  8. At the end of the work, remove the excess glue with acetone, denaturate or white spirit.
  9. Full setting of the adhesive substance at a temperature of +20ºC is achieved after 48 hours.

Properties:

  • ready to use specialized adhesive for fixing various finishing materials without drilling, using screws, nails and dowels;
  • initial setting time of 15 minutes;
  • setting force 90 kg/m²;
  • flow of 40-60 linear meters (when applied with a solid line at the diameter of the spout cut 3 mm);
  • application temperature from +10 to +30 ºС;
  • do not dilute with water;
  • Freezing without loss of adhesive properties and transportation up to -20ºС is allowed.

Storage conditions:

Store in dry covered ventilated areas in tightly closed containers at temperatures from 0 to +40ºС and humidity not more than 75%.

Shelf life: 12 months

Precautions:

Keep fire! Keep out of reach of children. Use gloves when working with glue. Do not allow contact with the eyes. In external contact with eyes or mucous membrane can cause irritation. In case of contact with skin - rinse with plenty of water. Adhesive tools, hands, stains rinse with soap and water. At the end of the work, ventilate the room if necessary.
